Jennifer assesses needs and tailors her support to best suit the individual.
She uses a combination of therapeutic approaches – such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Mindfulness; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; Somatic Therapy; Narrative Therapy and Relaxation techniques.
She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), CBT Exposure Therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy that can be useful in resolving longstanding significant and complex trauma.
